Together we can keep the number of returns to a minimum and reduce the environmental impact caused by unnecessary packaging and transport. Think responsibly, act accordingly. WAKE UP!

Even so, if one of our items does not fill you with joy when you receive it, you have 30 calendar days*from the purchase of your order to make a size change or return.

How to request an exchange or return?

Exchange and return conditions

  • The return must be sent within the period of 30 calendar days* from the purchase of the order.
  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, washed or damaged, and include all labels.
  • For hygiene reasons, underwear cannot be returned.
  • Our swimsuits do not have a hygiene seal, so we would appreciate it if you tried them on over your underwear. If they are returned with any type of stain, they will not be accepted.
  • The size change is available for countries in the European Union and both the return and the shipping of the new size are completely free . 
  • Return and refund may have a small additional cost depending on the shipping country and the return method. This cost will be deducted from the total amount to be returned.

  • To return items, you can reuse our double-seal shipping envelopes. If you no longer have the original packaging, you can use any other properly sealed packaging to prevent loss of its contents.

  • Return at collection point
We will provide you with a return label to print and attach to the package and information about the delivery points where you can leave your return. 
This option has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount to be reimbursed:

Spain (peninsula): 3.90 € (free if it is a size change)
Balearic Islands: €4.90 (free if it is a size change)
Islands Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: €9.90

Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands and Portugal: €6.90 (free if it is a size change)

Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania and Sweden: 9 €.90 (free if it is a size change)

United Kingdom: €9.90

Canada, United States and Mexico: €12.90

Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland, San Marino, Israel and Turkey: €19.90
Rest of the world: €24.90

  • Home return

If you do not have any collection point nearby, you can request a return with home collection to shop@thinkingmu.com, indicating the day of collection (Monday - Friday) and the time slot (minimum 4 hours). 
You can also request the pickup yourself through the UPS portal or by contacting Customer Service Customer UPS, informing the tracking number that you will find on the return label. 
The costs of returning home are the same as at the collection point.

If you are in Barcelona, ​​you can make the return in our store without any added cost while helping to reduce CO² emissions produced by transport.

To take into account

  • Once we receive your return, we will proceed to send the new size or refund it using the same payment method you used at the time of purchase.
  • We will keep you informed of the entire process via email.
  • If you paid with a gift card, the refund amount will be returned as a credit to the gift card you used at the time of purchase.
  • The refund may take up to 10 days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method. If after this period you still have not received the refund, please contact us at shop@thinkingmu.com.
